About The Role
Key Responsibilities:
To coach and support the development of all players in all aspects of technical, tactical, physical, psychological, social and emotional aspects of football.
To manage the players in all coaching sessions and Academy fixtures.
To liaise with the players/parents regarding their progress and development on a regular basis.
Take responsibility for the players welfare and safety during Academy coaching sessions/fixtures.
To supervise all players during Academy travel to and from away fixtures.
To manage and maintain all kit and equipment provided by BWFC.
To compile Individual Players reviews and game reports on a weekly basis, using the Football Intelligence Platform.
To plan and deliver Player Performance Reviews and Parent/Guardian meetings twice yearly (November and April), in line with Academy guidelines.
