Overview We are seeking a passionate and reliable Football Coach to join our growing team on a Saturday morning. The ideal candidate will have a background in sports coaching and a commitment to developing young children in the fundamentals of football. This role is vital in developing players' skills, teamwork, and promoting a positive sporting environment.
Responsibilities
Conduct regular practice sessions, ensuring that all activities are age-appropriate and cater to all abilities.
Educate players on the rules of football, sportsmanship, and the importance of teamwork.
Monitor individual player progress and provide constructive feedback to encourage improvement.
Creating a fun and safe environment for all participants.
Being able to adapt and overcome in adverse situations.
Essential Requirements
FA Level 1 in Football Coaching
Valid First Aid Certificate
Valid FA Safeguarding Children
