Position Overview   The Girls Academy Director provides vision, leadership, technical excellence, and operational oversight for all aspects of the Cincinnati United SC Girls Academy (GA) program. This leader will shape the Academy’s player development philosophy, implement a consistent style of play and game model (alongside our Technical Team), and ensure that our players, coaches, and teams perform at the highest national level.  This is a strategic and hands-on role ideal for an experienced technical leader with a deep understanding of elite youth soccer, player pathways, and college recruitment.  Key Responsibilities   Leadership & Vision Champion the mission, vision, and core values of Cincinnati United SC.
