About The Role   Assistant PDP Coach to support the delivery of the Professional Development Phase programme, helping to maximise player development and prepare players for first-team football. The role assists the Lead PDP Coach in designing and delivering high-quality training sessions, contributing to the multi-disciplinary development plans, and supporting player progression in line with the club’s playing philosophy and the requirements of the EPPP. About The Candidate Qualifications & Experience  UEFA A Licence.  FA Safeguarding Children Certificate. Valid FA Emergency First Aid in Football (EFAiF). Experience coaching within an academy or elite youth football environment. Strong understanding of the Professional Development Phase and EPPP requirements.
