The Role We are looking for a number of  Casual Grassroots Scouts  to join us on a  casual basis  and operate in North, East, South London/Kent or Hertfordshire, to identify players for our Academy with potential to develop in the Foundation Phase (9-11). You'll diligently attend football matches and record the necessary information on potential players in our Academy's online club database and you'll passionately attend weekly meetings lead by Phase Coordinators to feedback your insight and findings.
