About the role We are seeking a passionate and experienced U21 Academy Performance Analyst to support the development of Professional Development Phase (PDP) players as they transition toward first-team football. Working closely with U21 coaches, you will lead and deliver elite, evidence-based video and data analysis across pre-match, live, and post-match phases, providing performance insights that enhance both individual player development and team performance.
