Job Summary
The Business Analytics team is central in how FCC understands and delivers for our fans and is tasked with collecting and analyzing data to improve our understanding of fans. We make decisions based on this data to improve facilities, drive pricing decisions, and the enhance fan loyalty and satisfaction. The Senior Director of Business Analytics is a hands-on leader who will help set this strategy, the roadmap, and the operating model for our end-to-end data and analytics functions to achieve the strategic goal.
