We are seeking a dedicated casual Grassroots Academy Scout to assist with the long-term vision of Ipswich Town Football Club in identifying and recruiting the most talented young players across Cambridgeshire. The casual Grassroots Academy Scout will be responsible for supporting the implementation of identification and scouting strategies for the Academy across the Player Performance Pathway of the Elite Player Performance Plan (EPPP), whilst striving to identify and recruit the most talented young players available in adherence with the Player Profiles. We have a vacancy for the U6-U8 age group and the U12-16 age group.
