The Ticket Operations Intern will gain hands-on experience working in database/CRM management within the ticket operations department of Louisville City FC and Racing Louisville FC.   This is an unpaid internship . Candidates must be eligible to receive credit with their college or university in exchange for their time.  Must be able to work LouCity and Racing home games (typically Wednesday, Friday, and/or Saturday).    Position Overview: Assist with building and maintaining events in the SeatGeek ticketing system. Coordinate inventory for single-game, group, and season ticket plans. Providing daily/weekly/monthly reports for sales, service, and marketing initiatives.
