About the role
We are looking for Casual Front of House Assistants to join our Stadium Tours & Experiences team.
Every year, Anfield welcomes visitors from across the world who come to experience the history, heritage and atmosphere of one of football's most iconic stadiums. As a Front of House Assistant, you'll play an important role in shaping that experience, providing a warm welcome and delivering outstanding service to every visitor who walks through our doors.
This is a casual role, offering flexible hours on an assignment basis, including evenings and weekends. Please note that most shifts are likely to be available during weekends and school holiday periods.
What will you be doing?
Welcoming and assisting visitors, ensuring they receive a friendly and professional first impression.
Managing visitor arrivals and supporting busy queue management.
Checking guests in using a range of booking systems and technology platforms....
