Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team on a zero hours, ad hoc basis, including match days, non-match day Saturdays, and various weekday shifts (daytime, evenings, and weekends). The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, a keen interest in retail merchandising, and a proactive approach to sales. In this role, you will support the shop and ticket office operations, helping to drive business growth for the club through exceptional service and effective sales activity. Hull City are looking to recruit Retail Assistants on a casual basis, to join our team at Tiger Leisure, based at both the MKM Stadium and the St Stephens store. The successful applicants will be required to have good customer service skills, a positive attitude and be prepared to learn new skills. Candidates should be flexible with a willingness to work to the stores’ shift patterns, Monday to Sunday. You will predominantly be required to work matchdays which fall on a weekend, mid-week evening and Bank Holidays. Successful applicants may also be required to cover sickness and holidays during the week, when necessary.
