About the role Liverpool Football Club is looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join the team at our new Kop Bar at Anfield. This is a permanent role, working 35 hours per week, in a brand-new food and drink destination at the heart of the stadium. Working in modern, purpose-built kitchens, you’ll support in leading a skilled and passionate brigade, delivering fresh, high-quality food across matchdays and non-matchday service.   Who are we looking for? About the role Here at Liverpool Football Club, we are recruiting for a Travel Chef to join our team. This role requires extensive travel, providing tailored, performance-focused meals. The ideal candidate will have some expertise in meal planning and high-quality cooking and an NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Professional Cookery.   What will you be doing? Maintain the highest standards of food safety, storage, and kitchen hygiene, whether working in a team facility, hotel, or temporary kitchen setup.  Understanding of Government guidelines on allergens and labelling.
