The Opportunity Histon FC are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Physiotherapist or Sports Therapist to work within our Scholarship Programme. The role would be ideal for either a newly qualified practitioner looking to gain hands-on experience and establish themselves within sport, or an experienced Physiotherapist / Sports Therapist who is not looking for full-time work and would like to remain involved within a football environment alongside other professional or personal commitments. You will work closely with the coaching staff and scholarship players, taking responsibility for the assessment, treatment and rehabilitation of injuries while helping us create a professional environment for the development of our young players. An exciting opportunity has arisen to become part of the team here at AESSEAL New York Stadium, joining the club's academy setup as the Lead Academy Physiotherapist. About the role: The job role consists of overseeing medical services to the Academy players and or as required by the Academy Manager & Head Of Performance & Sport Manage the part time Academy physiotherapists to ensure cover at every training session and match days home and away. Provide medical cover at sessions and to support the part time physiotherapists. Deliver medical CPD program as required.
