Duties and Responsibilities ETC: • To be committed to ensuring the safeguarding and welfare of all staff, players, spectators, customers and/or clients of the club. • Liaise with the Head of Performance to undertake and oversee the medical provision for Blackburn Rovers Women’s ETC • Work according to Blackburn Rovers Women FC philosophy and values. • Assessment and treatment of all injuries necessary to ETC players. • Implementation and document the rehabilitation programmes from initial injury through to return to play. • Oversee neuro-musculoskeletal screening of players. • Manage the implementation of individualised Injury Prevention Programme for identified squad members. • Provide injury reports/updates to the ETC Manager and staff as required. • Liaise with coaching staff regarding return to play, prehabilitation and on-going maintenance programmes for all players and where necessary. • Be responsible for ensuring...
