About the role Here at Liverpool Football Club, we are recruiting for a Travel Chef to join our team. This role requires extensive travel, providing tailored, performance-focused meals. The ideal candidate will have some expertise in meal planning and high-quality cooking and an NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Professional Cookery.   What will you be doing? Maintain the highest standards of food safety, storage, and kitchen hygiene, whether working in a team facility, hotel, or temporary kitchen setup.  Understanding of Government guidelines on allergens and labelling. Willingness to learn and execute nutritionally optimised meal plans based on individual player requirements, dietary restrictions, and performance goals.    Work closely with Head Chef and Senior Travel Chef, Nutrition team, logistics teams, and hotels/restaurants to ensure seamless food provision during travel, including sourcing high-quality ingredients. ...
