About the role
Here at Liverpool Football Club, we are looking for experienced Chef de Parties to join our casual culinary team on a match day.
As a Casual Chef de Partie, you will take ownership of a designated section within the kitchen, supporting the delivery of high-quality food across our stadium hospitality on a match day. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and motivated chef looking to progress within a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
What will you be doing?
Leading and managing your designated section to ensure food is prepared and presented to the highest standards.
Preparing, cooking and finishing dishes in line with recipes, specifications and service requirements.
Supporting junior chefs and commis chefs with guidance, training and day to day supervision.
Ensuring consistency in quality, portion control and presentation.
Maintaining full compliance with food safety, allergen and hygiene regulations.
