We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Physical Performance Coach to join the Liverpool FC Women’s First Team performance department. This is a primarily field-based, delivery-focused role responsible for the planning, delivery, and review of physical performance support across all training phases. Reporting to the Head of Performance, the successful candidate will work as a core member of the first team multidisciplinary team (MDT), designing and delivering individualised and team-based physical programmes that maximise player availability and enhance physical performance capabilities. They will work in close collaboration with an embedded Physical Performance Coach, with clear boundaries of responsibility between the two roles.
