Overview The Director, Media Operations, is responsible for managing broadcast operations for MLS and SUM events. Ensuring seamless coordination across multiple stakeholders, such as internal teams; production partners (Apple, NEP, IMG, etc.), and rights holders. Key duties include overseeing the Broadcast Operations Center, managing matchday communications, troubleshooting broadcast issues, and preparing for major events like the All-Star Game and MLS Cup.
