The Head of Media will lead and deliver the club's media, communications and content strategy across all non-football operations, including commercial partnerships, retail, ticketing, hospitality, community initiatives, our new stadium development - Power Court, and the club's corporate affairs. The role will also own and develop the club's internal communications function, ensuring staff are informed, engaged and connected to the club's purpose and direction. The role will ensure consistent, positive coverage of the club's business operations across local, national and industry media, while supporting the club's wider commercial, cultural and reputational objectives.
