Overview The Director, Media Operations, is responsible for managing broadcast operations for MLS and SUM events. Ensuring seamless coordination across multiple stakeholders, such as internal teams; production partners (Apple, NEP, IMG, etc.), and rights holders. Key duties include overseeing the Broadcast Operations Center, managing matchday communications, troubleshooting broadcast issues, and preparing for major events like the All-Star Game and MLS Cup. The Videographer Intern will support D.C. United’s Creative and Content team in capturing, editing, and producing engaging video content that tells the story of the club, players, and fans during the summer 2026 semester. This role provides hands-on experience in professional sports content creation, including matchday coverage, training sessions, social media features, and branded storytelling within a fast-paced MLS environment. Interns will be included in an intern cohort that will work on interdepartmental projects and gain real-life videography experience. This internship is ideal for students pursuing careers in videography, sports media, digital content, or creative production.
