Job Duties: Lead the planning and execution of a diverse portfolio of partner accounts, including traditional media assets, in-market promotions, in-arena activations, hospitality, experiential, and community programs, with guidance from senior team members when needed Build and maintain strong working relationships with all partnership contacts and ensure a high level of partner satisfaction, continually seeking to better understand and deliver against partner objectives Contribute to club revenue goals by assisting in all facets of the renewal process, including but not limited preparing strategic marketing plans, leading meetings and discussions, contributing to negotiation efforts, and identifying opportunities for upsell.
