ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES • Deliver all elements of qualifications completed to the necessary standards. • Leading the day to day works at our Fairwood Training Ground, on pitch and amenities, with daily briefings. • Key contact for all 1st Team requirements and ensuring necessary delivery on 1st Team pitches. • Responsible for elements of staffing, procurement, fuel and fleet management, in conjunction with Head of grounds and Amenities. • Deputise in the absence of the Head of Grounds and Amenities with full staffing (weekly rotas), planning, procurement of all sites, in conjunction with Stadium/Academy Heads and leads. • Part of the future planning and initiative working group, looking into renos, landscaping, biodiversity, sustainability and pitch programming. • Prepare, maintain, and repair all playing surfaces; natural and synthetic. • Help plan, implement, and monitor weekly, monthly, and annual maintenance programmes including...
