SUMMARY: The Security Officer supports a safe, secure, and welcoming environment at the Sharp Healthcare Performance Center and Right to Dream Academy in El Cajon, CA, including training operations, residential areas, staff workplaces, and visitor spaces. This role coordinates security services, monitors surveillance systems, and responds to safety, medical, and security-related incidents involving players, students, staff, and guests. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
