POSITION OVERVIEW The Athletic Development Coach will lead the Long-Term Athletic Development (LTAD) program for the Nashville SC Academy in alignment with the High Performance philosophy. This role works closely with High Performance staff across NSC and HCFC to design and implement team and individual programs, both in the gym and on the field, to optimize youth athlete development. The ideal candidate has coaching or strength & conditioning experience, formal education in exercise physiology or a related field, and expertise in load management for youth soccer.
