POSITION OVERVIEW: The Director of Safety & Security is a dynamic position responsible for the oversight of critical infrastructure of Nashville Soccer Club, including personnel, multiple facilities, and both domestic and international events. The Director of Safety & Security will work closely with club staff, law enforcement, and league personnel on matters of safety and security for all stakeholders. POSITION OVERVIEW The part-time Assistant Performance Coach for the Nashville SC Academy will be responsible for supporting and assisting the club by providing an integrated High-Performance LTAD program for it’s Academy players, in line with the Club and Performance department philosophy. This position will work closely with the Academy Director, Academy Performance Coach, and Academy Medical Department to create team and player-specific programs and administer those programs on the field and in the gym for developing youth athletes within the Academy.
