Sporting KC is seeking to hire a Strength & Conditioning Coach for a paid fellowship position for the 2027 MLS season. This position is intended for professional development and is focused on furthering knowledge and skills in the field of athletic performance. The individual will primarily take an active role assisting with our MLS Next Developmental Academy as well as MLS Next Pro team, Sporting Kansas City II.   The individual selected for the fellowship will gain hands-on experience within an overarching High-Performance structure through performing a variety of roles within a fast-paced, behind-the-scenes environment, with the chance to have a direct impact on professional soccer in Kansas City.
