An opportunity to become an integral part of our management team has arisen as we look to add a Head Physiotherapist / Sport Therapist The role is ideal for someone who is passionate about football, and their work, and is keen to work at a club that is aspiring to achieve. We are looking for someone that is both competent and confident in leading our Physio Dept, so previous experience in a similar role will be our preference. You must also be able to commit to our training/match schedule. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Management of Injuries – To provide accurate assessment, diagnosis, and injury management to all players, ensuring best evidence-based practice is always followed. – Work alongside other members of the playing department to design and implement effective, age and maturation specific screening and injury prevention strategies. – To arrange external investigations and treatment as required.
