The role
In this pivotal role, you will design, deliver and continuously improve our compensation and benefits offering to ensure we attract, retain and develop the very best talent. You will work closely with C‑Suite leaders, Directors and People & Talent colleagues to create a future‑focused reward framework that is competitive, compliant and aligned to our Club’s strategic priorities.
You will also play a key role in strengthening our governance, optimising financial controls, and enhancing recognition and wellbeing approaches that support our ambition to be an employer of choice.
Key responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of a modern, innovative Total Reward Strategy, working directly with the CPO, CFO, FD and Sporting Director.
Design a competency‑based pay framework linked to performance and progression pathways.
