Tempo Football Academy delivers a full-time Football & Education TY Programme and an elite Junior Academy across multiple counties. We are now hiring a high-standards, organised and ambitious Head of Academy to lead our Limerick region.
This is a full-time coaching and leadership role within a growing academy structure.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality daily coaching on our full-time TY Football & Education programme (Mon–Fri, 9–3).
Lead Junior Academy training for elite players (Wed & Fri, 4–6).
Build competitive squads in all age groups and manage the full games programme , ensuring strong organisation and preparation.
Implement and uphold a clear Tempo playing style and training curriculum .
Lead regular coach CPD sessions and support development of assistant coaches.
