An exciting opportunity has arisen at Stoke City Football Club of the English Football League, for a part time Lead Academy Age Group Coach to support its football operations at it Category One status Academy at the Clayton Wood Training Ground and various development centre locations.
Reporting to the Head of Academy Coaching, the Lead Academy Age Group Coach will play a crucial role in supporting and developing young players. You will work alongside the academy team to plan and deliver a weekly programme aimed at enhancing player performance and working towards player development plans.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering coaching sessions to Academy players, demonstrating a commitment to helping future talents reach their highest potential.
Main Responsibilities
Planning, delivering and evaluating all coaching activities.
Reviewing and recommending changes to the coaching curriculum.
