THE POSITION
These are your key tasks:
Lead the planning and delivery of travel services for FIFA tournaments, events, workshops, and business operations worldwide.
Manage end-to-end travel projects, including booking strategies, group travel arrangements, charter operations, accommodation, and ground transportation.
Coordinate cross-functional project teams and collaborate with FIFA departments, Local Organizing Committees, and external partners across multiple countries.
Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with airlines, hotels, transportation providers, and other travel suppliers.
Develop and optimize travel processes, systems, and operational procedures to enhance efficiency and service quality.
