Position Overview The Girls Program & Goalkeeper Director at Pflugerville FC is responsible for leading the overall development, structure, and performance of the girls program (Academy through Select) while also overseeing and implementing the club’s goalkeeper program across all age groups. This role ensures alignment with PFC’s methodology, delivers a high-quality player and coach experience, and drives the strategic growth of the girls program, including player recruitment, retention, and expansion across all age groups.
