An exciting opportunity has arisen for an aspiring lawyer to join the Legal and Governance department at Norwich City Football Club as a Paralegal. This is an excellent role for someone who is pursuing a career in law and who has an interest in the sports sector.
This role will be responsible for supporting the General Counsel in the management of the club’s legal and governance functions, across all aspects of the business.
Key tasks/responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Support the General Counsel with legal and governance functions.
Liaise with colleagues and external advisers to progress legal matters.
Draft standard template contracts and assist with regular updates.
Assist with commercial and regulatory disputes.
Maintain contracts and policies/procedures databases.
Coordinate with departments to ensure policies and procedures are current.
