ABOUT US The North Carolina Courage , a member of the National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL), is seeking a HRBP to join the People team. This role blends business partnership with execution—working closely with managers to address employee-related matters while also ensuring HR systems, processes, and programs run effectively. The ideal candidate is comfortable balancing people support with operational ownership in a fast-paced environment.
