The People Partner plays a key role in supporting the delivery of people solutions that enable organisational performance, culture, and inclusion. Working closely with the Head of People Partnering and Centres of Expertise, the role provides practical, high-quality advice to managers on people matters, supports effective employee relations, contributes insight that informs people decisions across departments, and contributes to the strategic people initiatives across departments.
