THE POSITION
These are your key tasks:
Deliver high-quality proofreading, translation, transcription and subtitling within agreed deadlines,
Clarify linguistic and content-related queries with stakeholders and ensure transparent communication with the Project Management & Technology Unit and Team Lead,
Draft minutes for Council and Congress meetings with accuracy and discretion,
Manage and develop terminology resources to ensure consistency across all materials,
Provide linguistic guidance and advisory support to assigned departments,
Lead internal linguistic projects and contribute to continuous process improvement,
Escalate risks or deadline challenges proactively and propose solutions.
