POSITION DESCRIPTION: Fan Experience Team Members play an integral role in providing a superior experience for groups attending Sacramento Republic FC matches at Heart Health Park. Fan Experience Team Members (FEPs) support guests by facilitating exclusive on-field experiences and assisting with wayfinding and problem solving, while maintaining a passionate, energetic, and enthusiastic disposition. Fan Experience Team Members also assist the Event Operations team with the execution of fan-facing events outside of matchday. Role Summary: Working primarily on game days, Merchandise Clerks are responsible for delivering an exceptional shopping experience by providing guests with outstanding customer service.   Duties & Responsibilities: Greet guests professionally and with enthusiasm, assessing their needs and helping select retail merchandise and apparel by providing product expertise and information. Process all transactions accurately on point-of-sale terminals including sales, exchanges and returns. Maintain visual merchandising and restock products as needed.
