Job Title: Fan Engagement Associate Department: Match Production and Fan Engagement Reports to: Sr. Manager, Fan Engagement Position Summary: FC Cincinnati is seeking a highly motivated individual interested in enhancing the fan experience at FC Cincinnati. This role will support the department’s goal of increasing the fan experience of every individual at each matchday and any other special event. This position will work up to 28 hours a week including FCC home matches. This role is primarily based at TQL Stadium and there may be weekend, evening, and holiday hours required. Please note this position is allotted for the 2027 MLS Sprint Season, which runs from February through April.
