Guest Experience Internship Summary: The D.C. United Guest Experience team is seeking motivated undergraduate or graduate students who are passionate about live-event environments, fan engagement, and exceptional customer service. Guest Experience Interns will support the planning and execution of all Audi Field events including D.C. United, Washington Spirit, DC Power FC, UFL games, and special events, to help deliver a best-in-class experience for every guest. Interns will gain hands-on experience in stadium operations, staffing logistics, employee engagement, and fan-focused service delivery.
