Role Purpose
To be responsible for the consistent planning and delivery of all events to the highest standards in line with required standards and client specification, developing and leading a knowledgeable team that are confident to engage with organisers and delegates. Ensuring all areas are presented to the highest standards and all meetings and events exceed expectations, while seeking to maximise profitability in line with budget and agreed cost control measures.
Main areas of responsibility
Lead the C&E team, giving clear direction to all team members.
To ensure staff are in the right place at the right time, identifying peak business periods to plan recruitment of new team members in line with the payroll budget.
To efficiently schedule and control the working patterns of the core team.
