The D.C. United Field Crew Operations team is looking for talented, hardworking undergraduate and graduate students aspiring to enter the professional sports industry to join us as interns for the summer semester of the 2026 season. Interns will have the opportunity to assist and learn about full- stadium operation and corporate/entertainment events throughout the duration of the internship, including but not limited to D.C. United matches, Washington Spirit matches, UFL games, and International Friendlies.   Field Crew Operations Interns will report directly to the Director of Grounds to assist and shadow day-to-day tasks of the club and support the full life cycle of various events during the internship. Position Summary D.C. United is seeking hard-working, committed staff to assist with events in this part-time role for the 2026 season. The Event Operations staff are responsible for working soccer matches (MLS, NWSL, USL, International Friendlies, etc.), other sporting events (UFL, Congressional Sporting Events, etc.), as well as concerts, festivals, and corporate events hosted at Audi Field. This staff will work closely with the D.C. United Operations staff to fulfill these responsibilities and represent the club professionally on event days.
