Job description We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Teacher to join our team on a fixed-term basis covering maternity leave. This role is expected to last for approximately 8 months from November 2026. The Post-16 Teacher will lead on the delivery of the Academy’s scholarship education programme, primarily teaching the BTEC Level 3 in Sporting Performance and Excellence, as well as the Sporting Excellence Professional (SEP) qualification. You will consistently deliver outstanding teaching and learning in your own practice and play a key role in driving high standards of teaching and learning across the department. You will be responsible for ensuring players make good progress towards their target grades in each qualification.   The successful candidate will play a key role within the pastoral team, supporting the holistic, off-pitch development of our players.
