Job Summary and Objectives: The purpose of this role is to assist the Finance Department in accounting duties. Key Responsibilities 1. Process supplier invoices. 2. Update supplier information on Advance Financials. 3. Supplier statement reconciliation. 4. Process monthly host family sheet. 5. Processing of staff expenses. 6. Processing and reconciliation of petty cash including journals. 7. Liaising with suppliers via telephone and email. 8. Adhere to all company regulations regarding policies, procedures, health and safety and security. 9. All other duties that may arise from time to time and fall within the scope of this position.
