About The Role Forest Green Rovers Football Club we are looking to recruit a full time Physiotherapist to deliver physiotherapy support services in our U18/16’s teams. You will be a chartered physiotherapist, preferably with experience in sport, ready to support the medical programme within the academy, with support from the senior medical staff, sports science team and club doctor.   Duties to include but not restricted to:- To be involved in all medical/health related matters of the Academy players. About The Role You will be working with the Forest Green Rovers academy and work as part of a multidisciplinary team, delivering evidence based individualised athletic development for the academy professional and youth development players.    Main objectives: Design, lead & manage activities aimed at maximising the health, fitness and athletic performance of scholarship and academy players. Develop and implement a strength & conditioning programme that will aid the athletic development of all scholarship and academy players. Maintain records (for Audit/EPPP purposes). Analyse GPS data from game and training days to monitor workload. Conduct regular testing of players to ensure progression along their athletic development.
