The primary focus of the Head Coach will be to lead the delivery of the How We Play, Coach and Support strategies of Millwall Football Academy for the U15s age group, driving player development and taking ownership of the plan-do-review process across the U15s training and matchday programme. Job Summary and Objectives Based primarily at the Training Ground, the Academy Pitch Manager assists the senior management team in running the day-to-day operations of the site, driving the team's performance and developing strategic plans to produce high-quality playing surfaces for all uses of the Training Ground.
