Key Responsibilities Individual Player Development & Learning Plans • Own and maintain Individual Learning Plans for a group of first-team players, including a structured database of relevant training and game clips that support Individualized development objectives. • Proactively produce insight reports and video packages that highlight development trends and performance patterns at both individual and team level. Game Model & Best Practice Database • Build and maintain a database of training and match best-practice clips aligned to the club’s game model, ensuring content is easily accessible for coaches and players. • Contribute to the continuous refinement of the game model through video and data evidence.
