About The Role   Job purpose: To support the implementation of individual programmes for players within theU11 & U12 age group. Role Accountabilities and Key Duties To support the Game Model Coach with the delivery of coaching sessions for a Schoolboy age group. To plan, prepare and evaluate coaching sessions in line with the coaching methodology programme. To communicate and plan with the Lead Phase Coaches and Game Model Coaches to ensure players' individual learning plans are met within the programme. To enter all coaching sessions, fixtures, learning objectives, development reports, and other necessary work as required on the FIP within the required time scales.
