The Role
We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who can shape the club’s online identity, tell our story, and engage fans, sponsors, and the local community. You’ll have creative freedom and direction from the club committee but will be trusted to make the project your own — an important and high-impact role in Lightwater United’s growth.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage content across Instagram, X (Twitter), Facebook, and TikTok .
Attend matchdays (Saturday 2 PM) to capture key moments, photos, short clips, and behind-the-scenes content.
Produce match previews, live updates, and post-match reports or graphics .
Promote sponsorships, club events, and announcements.
Work with the manager and committee to highlight the club’s values, players, and community impact.
Maintain a consistent visual identity and tone of voice across platforms....
