Nashville Soccer Club is seeking a Part-Time Front Desk Receptionist for the summer who will handle many of the day-to-day administrative tasks for the assigned facility. To be successful the candidate must be outgoing, detail-orientated, able to multi-task and quick on his/her feet. As one of the first people visitors and guests meet at the facility, this individual must always embody the Club’s culture and core values.
Duties & Responsibilities
Answer and screen all phone calls coming into the main phone line and problem solve as the situation warrants.
Manage access of all visitors and guests.
Perform the following administrative tasks:
Manage/order office supplies and equipment; and
Open and distribute mail;
Maintain the pantry and related products.
Order and distribute office supplies.
Perform other duties as directed. ...
