Who are we hiring? The League Coordinator will oversee the day-to-day operations of the 9th & Van Brunt Soccer League, ensuring a high-quality, inclusive, and safe experience for all participants. This role is responsible for scheduling, communication, and coordination among players, coaches, referees, and community partners. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and passionate about using soccer as a tool for community building. This is a part-time contract position. Contract runs June 1 - August 31.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate league logistics including game schedules, practice times, and field reservations at the 9th & Van Brunt Soccer Complex in constant communication with KC Current supervisor and KCMO Parks and Recreation department.
Serve as the primary point of contact for coaches, referees, families, and partner organizations.
Assist with player registration, roster management, and team assignments.
